Thank you for your product review on our website. We always welcome feedback, whether it is positive or negative. However, in this particular case, we feel that this review was unfair and would like to have a chance to invite you to change your mind. Here is why:
It's a light baby blue that is not entirely evenly spread across the roses. one small patch was obviously not covered in the first rose. I would suggest you to take the normal colour rose than this one during the Florist peak season (ie: Vday and etc) cause this one need time to spray on colour.
However, it does spark a lot of joy to my man. He is so surprised. Thank you so the smiles.
Flowers arrangement and delivery is good only their services to providing the receipt it will takes time you won't get the receipt immediately if let say you wanted to claim/retain the receipt to your company. Even though there is proforma invoice on the website and we can download still it won't works for claiming process.
My advise is please be more efficient and respond to customer immediately. Thank you
