First time buying a bouquet of flower here for my 6th anniversary with my gf. Pleasant experience navigating through their website and also their AI/Smart chat bot through WhatsApp. RM168 for 10 pink roses and pink colored baby breath as shown in the picture. Collect the flower myself from their shop, systematic procedure and I definitely will purchase again from them. My only nitpicking would be the greetings card is bent and if there is a fridge area to keep the flower in before collection would be best to keep it fresh as the flower should be ready since early morning eventhough I indicated to pick it up around 5pm. Recommended for sure ;)
Overall experience is 5 stars. Ordering was quick and simple. Was able to adjust the delivery hour for specific reasons. The representatives were quick in replying and solving any issues. The flowers are very pretty and fresh.
I have placed a last-minute order for a same day delivery and honestly the team went above and beyond to make it happen. It was for a funeral, and I ordered from France, to Malaysia, but the team managed to delivered the Flowers on time and as per my request. Perfect communication skill as well.
